Rahlet Umrah

Terms of Service

Draft — last updated 13 September 2026

This is draft wording pending review by a licensed Egyptian legal advisor. It is not yet binding and will be replaced before launch.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Rahlet Umrah platform. Rahlet Umrah is a marketplace: we connect travellers with licensed travel agencies. We are not the travel agency, and we do not ourselves provide transport, accommodation, or visa services.

The agency you book with is the provider of the travel services, and its own terms apply to the package itself alongside these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Traveller details must match each traveller's passport exactly. Visa applications are rejected for mismatched names and dates, and corrections after submission may not be possible.

3. Two-phase payment

Payment for a booking is taken in two phases. Phase one is the visa processing fee, charged when you confirm your booking so that the provider can submit your visa application. Phase two is the remaining balance, charged only after your visa has been issued.

The total package price, the phase-one amount, and the remaining balance are all shown before you authorise the first payment. You will never be charged phase two before a visa is issued.

4. Visa outcomes, cancellation and refunds

Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities and are outside the control of both the platform and the provider. Neither guarantees that a visa will be granted.

If a visa is refused, the phase-two balance is not charged. Whether the phase-one visa processing fee is refundable depends on the provider's cancellation policy and how far the application had progressed; the applicable policy is displayed before you pay.

Cancellation by you, and any fee that applies, is governed by the provider's cancellation policy shown on the package before you confirm.

5. Payments and card data

Payments are processed by a payment service provider licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt. Card details are entered into fields hosted by that provider and are never stored or transmitted by Rahlet Umrah.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 or other applicable law.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to us through the contact page.
