Draft — last updated 13 September 2026

This is draft wording pending review by a licensed Egyptian legal advisor. It is not yet binding and will be replaced before launch.

1. What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password.

Booking information: for each traveller, the name as it appears on the passport, passport number and expiry, date of birth, gender and nationality, plus the passport copy and personal photograph you upload.

Usage information: pages visited and actions taken on the site, collected only where you have consented to analytics.

2. Why we collect it

Traveller and document data is collected because a visa application cannot be submitted without it. It is shared with the travel agency you book with, and onward with the authorities processing the visa — that sharing is the purpose of collecting it.

Account and contact information is used to manage your bookings and to notify you at each stage, including when your visa is issued and the second payment becomes due.

3. What we do not collect

We do not store card numbers. Card details are entered directly into fields hosted by our payment provider and never reach our systems.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and document records are retained for as long as required to provide the service and to meet record-keeping obligations under Egyptian law, and are then deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased where the law allows. Requests can be made through the contact page or from your account settings.

6. Security

Sensitive identifiers, including passport numbers, are encrypted at the application layer in addition to the encryption applied by the database and by connections to the site.
