About Rahlet Umrah
Rahlet Umrah is a digital marketplace that brings licensed Hajj and Umrah travel agencies together in one place, so pilgrims can discover, compare and book with confidence.
Our mission
Booking a pilgrimage has traditionally meant visiting agencies one by one, comparing offers written on paper, and trusting word of mouth. We exist to make that process transparent: clear pricing, verified providers, and a booking record you can check at any time.
What we do
The platform brings together everything a pilgrim needs to make an informed decision:
- Structured listings from licensed travel agencies, with package details, inclusions and real availability.
- Side-by-side comparison so differences in hotel distance, meals, flights and visa handling are visible before you commit.
- Verified reviews from travellers who actually completed a booking through the platform.
- A booking and document flow that keeps your passport details and travel documents in one secure place.
How we verify providers
Every agency listed on Rahlet Umrah holds a valid Egyptian Ministry of Tourism travel-agency licence and is separately authorised to arrange Umrah travel. We check licences at onboarding and re-check them on renewal. A provider whose licence lapses is delisted until it is restored.
Why we split payment into two phases
Visa approval is outside any travel agency's control. Charging the full package price before a visa exists puts the traveller's money at risk for an outcome nobody can guarantee. So we split it: you pay the visa processing fee to begin, and the remaining balance only once your visa has actually been issued. It is an unusual way to pay, and it is deliberate.
